Included in your
room rate is a
full country breakfast custom
cooked for you off our menu any time
between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
We can often accommodate early
breakfasts on request or we'll pack
a continental breakfast 'to go.'

Each room has elegant
robes, and all guests have access to
our
sauna building and
outdoor hot
tub!

All guests have
access to a common guest kitchen
with a full-size refrigerator,
microwave, and sink. There is
coffee/tea/cocoa and home-baked
goodies available 24 hours a day.

Each room has a 32"
LCD television with cable TV service
and a DVD player. VCRs are
available on request.

Free wireless high
speed internet is available
throughout the inn. Most rooms
have desks (Rooms 6 and 7 do
not).

Each room has a hair
dryer, iron and ironing board, soap,
shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion,
and a makeup remover wipe. All
rooms have a private bath.

Each room has
individual heat controls and air
conditioning (in-season when
needed).
Rate and occupancy

A
third person
(regardless of age) is $20
per night above
the double rate (NOT AVAILABLE IN
ROOMS 3 AND 5). Our rooms
cannot accommodate four persons, so
please call to see if adjacent rooms
are available!

Rollaway Bed
is available at no additional
charge for some rooms (please
inquire at time of reservation).

We accept all major credit cards,
travelers checks, and personal
checks (with identification) as well as cash.

Please add 7% State Lodging Tax to
our nightly rates.

A
2-night minimum applies on most
July and August weekends, and at
times of regional special events,
but please call if you are
interested in only one night and
we'll do what we can to accommodate
you.

Government rates
may be available for state and
federal government employees on bona
fide government business.
Authorized travel vouchers will be
required to obtain this rate.

Just a few Nitty-Gritty rules: |

All rooms and interior areas are NON-SMOKING.
The covered front porch is available
as a smoking area.
-
Rooms are ready by 3 p.m. You may
check in any time the rooms are
ready which may be earlier in the
day. Late check-ins can be
easily accommodated at any time.

Check out time
is anytime before 11 a.m.
-
We ask that any children remain
under the supervision and control of
adults at all times, and parents
will be responsible for any damage
-- we have antiques and other
interesting things throughout the
inn.
-
Sorry, but no pets regardless of
size or demeanor. Our llamas
don't like dogs of any size and they
are very protective of our other
farm animals.
-
You are welcome
to bring your own liquor, but we are
fully licensed for the sale of
liquor, therefore Maine state law
requires that any liquor consumed in
the common areas be purchased from
us.
-
NO CANDLES in
guest rooms or bathrooms. We
have soft mood lighting available in
all the whirlpool rooms so candles
are not necessary, and it keeps our
insurance company happy.

PLEASE
OBSERVE OUR RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
A credit card may be used to guarantee your
reservation, or you may send a 50 percent deposit for your entire stay
(minimum of one night’s deposit required).
If you must cancel your stay, deposits will be returned
provided you notify us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date IN WRITING,
otherwise the deposit will be retained or your credit card will be
charged half of your entire stay's cost (minimum of one night’s stay charged).
The full cost for your entire stay will be charged if you cancel less
than 48 hours prior to 3 p.m. on the day of scheduled arrival.
We do not charge if we are able to re-book your room. This policy is subject to change.
